During an individual coaching process, we work intensively with your projects, thoughts and dreams. Along with one of our consultants, you will create a coaching process that makes sense to you.

• You will meet with a consultant from JobVaerkstedet, who will concentrate on the process of finding a job for you. In addition, you will get help with:
• Your objectives – to be able to identify them and to transform them into reality
• Your personal abilities – to use them efficiently in the process of searching for a job and in establishing a connection between you and the companies where you would like to work.
• Your professional abilities – to maintain or improve them, through training courses
• Your ressources – to make them more visible and clear
• Your strategy – to optimize the way to the job you wish for
• Improvement of your CV and motivation letter – to make them relevant and personalized for the job you wish for
• Practice – a door to new opportunities and getting new abilities
• Jobs with wage subsidies (løntilskud)
• Improvement of your abilities – the only requirement under continuous change
